*TXTBLS Authorizations
*TXTBLS is a mainframe-based system that enables the storage of small amounts of data that typically support larger applications and can be easily modified without changing the application. The system may also be used to store files for a simple or smaller application. You can access this page from the Employee Authorizations section.
The screen below lists the employee's Authorization for various Tables.
- The column titled Table identifies the location used to store a related set of data. A table name is used to look up additional information in *TXTBLS.
- The Authorization column describes the level of access a user has in a specific table.
- If the user has a large number of authorizations, a Continue button () may appear at the bottom of the screen. Click the button to view additional entries.
- Use the right-hand scroll bar as needed to view additional entries and the up/down arrows to reverse the order of displayed data.
- To remove an authorization, click the Request Removal link; notifications will immediately be sent to all owners of the related authorization, informing them of the action.
NOTE: Be absolutely certain that you wish to remove the authorization before clicking the link.
