Tools Home
Take me to the Tools section of HRMS. 
The Tools Home page serves as a repository for a variety of HRMS tools. You can access this page by selecting the Tools tab from any HRMS header.
The following actions are available:
- Create Mass Update document takes you to the start page to create a Mass Update Document (MUD).
- Create Salary Update document takes you to the start page to create a Salary Update Document (SUD).
- Create Non-Tenure Track Mass Assign/Update document takes you to the start page to create a Non-Tenure Track Mass Assign Document (NTTMA).
- Create Off-cycle Pay Adjustment document takes you to the start page to create an Off-cycle Pay Adjustment Document (OPA).
- My HRMS Roles opens a window that displays all of your current HRMS authorizations.
- Reports takes you to the Reports section of HRMS.
- Allocation Calculator opens a window with an allocation calculator.
- Annual Rate Calculator opens a window with an annual rate calculator.
- Biographical Record opens a wizard that allows you to create and update biographical records for new employess and university affiliates.
